Welcome to GenTrack.ai. By accessing or using our platform at gentrack.ai, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
1. Service Description
GenTrack.ai is a Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) platform that periodically queries AI engines with user-configured prompts, detects brand mentions in AI responses, and provides analytics and insights through a dashboard.
2. Account Registration
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Each account is associated with an organization, and you are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
3. Subscriptions and Billing
GenTrack.ai operates on a subscription-based billing model with three tiers: Starter, Pro, and Enterprise. Each plan includes defined quotas for brands, prompts, AI engine access, and other features. Subscriptions are billed monthly and auto-renew unless cancelled. All plans include a 7-day free trial. Pricing is displayed on the platform and may be updated with prior notice.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use GenTrack.ai to violate any applicable laws or regulations, infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others, transmit malicious code or interfere with the platform, attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, or resell or redistribute the service without our permission.
5. Intellectual Property
GenTrack.ai and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by GenTrack.ai and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. The data and analytics generated for your organization through the platform belong to your organization.
6. AI Engine Data
GenTrack.ai queries third-party AI engines on your behalf. We do not control the content of AI-generated responses. AI responses may contain inaccuracies. GenTrack.ai is not responsible for the content generated by third-party AI engines.
7. Limitation of Liability
GenTrack.ai is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, GenTrack.ai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of or related to your use of the service.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to GenTrack.ai at any time for violation of these terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately. We may retain certain data as required by law.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes through the platform or by email. Your continued use of GenTrack.ai after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
